Showroom
Manager
This position is responsible for the
warehouse, store personnel, and overall
general maintenance of all areas of
the store. This includes, but not
limited to sales, customer service,
scheduling, pulling stock, packing
merchandise, management of displays,
taking down merchandise, defective
merchandise adjustments, computer
operations, and cleanliness of the
entire facility. Essential communications
(oral and written), leadership, coaching
and superior customer service skills
are required. Prior management background
helpful. Position requires flexibility
to work evenings and weekends.
Assistant
Showroom Manager
This position is responsible for the
warehouse, store personnel, and overall
general maintenance of all areas of
the store. Ability to support the
Showroom Manager and provide essential
directions in his/her absence. Must
be able to address day to day opportunities
in a timely and effective manner.
This includes, but not limited to
sales, customer service, scheduling,
pulling stock, packing merchandise,
management of displays, taking down
merchandise, defective merchandise
adjustments, computer operations,
and cleanliness of the entire facility.
Essential communications (oral and
written), leadership, coaching and
superior customer service skills are
required. Prior supervisor/management
retail experience helpful. Position
requires flexibility to work evenings
and weekends.
Assistant
Receiving/Warehouse Manager
This person is responsible for the
warehouse including, but not limited
to, receiving, stocking, shipping,
merchandise assembly, repairs and
other duties as assigned. Excellent
communication skills (oral and written)
and the ability to work independently
or as a team in a timely manner to
achieve results is essential. Must
have supervisory experience. Position
requires flexibility to work evenings
and weekends.
Sales
Associate
This position is responsible for greeting
the customers and determining their
purchasing needs. Successful candidates
must have excellent communication
skills, superb people skills and a
strong desire to provide the finest
possible customer service. Must be
able to build successful client relationships.
Must provide support for the overall
operations of the showroom and general
maintenance of all areas of the store.
This includes, but is not limited
to sales, customer service, assembly,
pulling stock, packing and unpacking
merchandise, displaying and taking
down merchandise, computer operations
and cleanliness of the facility. One
year of retail sales experience helpful.
Excellent oral and written communications
are essential. Basic computer
skills are required.The ability to
work in a fast paced environment while
multi-tasking is a must. Position
requires flexibility to work evenings
and weekends.
Showroom
Support Specialist
This position is responsible for insuring
the receipt of merchandise, inventory,
storage, mailing, shipping and handling
of merchandise. Knowledge of stockroom
procedures is helpful including inspecting
merchandise, stocking, receiving,
inventory, and distribution of merchandise.
Excellent communication skills (oral
and written), and the ability to work
in a fast paced environment are essential.
Position requires flexibility to work
evenings and weekends.
